Share Diagnostics

If sync isn’t working as expected, you can copy Diagnostics from the Sync settings and send it to us. Diagnostics helps us understand the current iCloud and sync state without asking you to describe every setting manually.

Copy Diagnostics before forcing a push, forcing a fetch, reinstalling the app, or making other troubleshooting changes. The current warning or error is often the most useful detail.

1. In Expenses, open Settings → Sync
2. Open Diagnostics
3. Tap Copy
4. Send the copied Diagnostics details to us with a short note about what happened

Please include what you expected to happen, what actually happened, whether the issue affects one device or multiple devices, and whether Diagnostics shows a warning or error. If sync is stuck, also check Troubleshooting iCloud Sync.
