Troubleshooting Export

If you see an error when exporting a sheet, try the steps below. For more information, see Troubleshooting iCloud Sync.


iOS/iPadOS

  1. In Expenses, open Settings -> Sync
  2. Open Diagnostics and check whether there is any warning or error related to sync
  3. Tap Force fetch all data from iCloud
  4. Try exporting the sheet again

macOS

  1. In Expenses, open Settings -> Sync
  2. Open Diagnostics and check whether there is any warning or error related to sync
  3. Click Force fetch all data from iCloud
  4. Try exporting the sheet again
