Troubleshooting Fetching Changes

If you see Error fetching changes in zone ... :client knowledge differs from server knowledge, try the steps below. For more information, see Troubleshooting iCloud Sync.


iOS/iPadOS

  1. Restart your device
  2. In Expenses, open Settings -> Sync
  3. Tap Force push all data to iCloud to make sure your data is in iCloud
  4. Delete the app and reinstall it
  5. In Expenses, open Settings -> Sync
  6. Tap Force fetch all data from iCloud

macOS

  1. Restart your Mac
  2. In Expenses, open Settings -> Sync
  3. Click Force push all data to iCloud to make sure your data is in iCloud
  4. Delete the app and reinstall it
  5. In Expenses, open Settings -> Sync
