Troubleshooting Restoring Purchase

If restoring your purchase didn’t work and you’re using the same iCloud account, try purchasing again to complete the restore. You won’t be charged twice on the same iCloud account. If it does happen, you can request a refund. See Request a refund.

If it still doesn’t work, try the troubleshooting steps below.

  • Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you used to make the purchase
  • Check  Prevent in-app purchases from the App Store from Apple Support to make sure in-app purchases are allowed on your device
  • Restart your device
  • Make sure your payment information for the App Store is up to date and try restoring again
